User Content: Any information, data, text, surveys, polls, or other materials submitted by Users through the Service.


2. Eligibility


To use the Service, you must:


• Be at least 13 years old.

• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.


By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.


3. Registration and Account


3.1 Registration


Civic Leaders must register by providing accurate and complete information, including contact details and official capacity.

Citizens register by providing basic contact information (such as phone number or email) and demographic details (age, gender, location, etc.).


3.2 Account Security


• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

Users agree not to:

• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
